OUR PHILOSOPHY

Vision
Ysynergy’s vision is to support and unite, fundamentally the Yoga and Pilates teacher, and generally teacher’s of other health and fitness programs. We aim to establish a different kind of educational institution that not only focuses on the more time-honored programs like Pilates and Yoga but also on more recent innovations such as yoga for kids, yoga dance, dance therapy, massage therapy, aromatherapy, music therapy, color therapy and even food therapy. We also aim to uphold the integrity, diversity and quality of the programs offered by us. It is only by exploring new ideas and concepts, experiencing them, internalizing them and then teaching them can we be productive and beneficial members of the world community.

Mission
Ysynergy’s mission is to continuously educate the teacher and those interested in being teachers by bringing to them innovations and discoveries in their particular field of expertise. There is constant need to expand our knowledge and we at Ysynergy understand this need. As such we will provide teachers with endless opportunity to refine and improve their skills and well as provide opportunity to learn new arts. Although we aim to educate teachers on new ideas, it does not in anyway mean the traditions and values of Yoga and Pilates are ignored. In fact, our aim is to make the teacher more skilled in and sensitive to the nature of these arts. The more knowledge one has, the better one is able to share the beliefs, method, style, and practice that will bring enormous benefit to all of mankind.

Ysynergy offers numerous programs dedicated to training people who are interested in providing their community with a better quality of life. Trainings offered by the institution are conducted in a professional manner, by bona fide master trainers in the field. Our programs incorporate elements of empirical learning, living skills and practicum which is overseen by our staff of certified teachers, who are here to assist and provide insights to ensure the trainees achieve their goal. Upon completion of a course, graduates are given residential certification which will not only enable them to go out and teach in their community but also to build a career for themselves doing something they have a passion for.

Besides education, we are also dedicated listeners. We provide a space for dialogue that is essential for the positive growth of the teachers and the programs taught here. Through open-dialogue session teachers are able to give feedback, make comments and share discoveries on teaching styles, breakthroughs, ideas and so forth. These sessions will allow teachers to build rapport and bond, and so diminish ill-will, fear, and distortions. With this we build a community of teachers who are committed to authenticity, self expression, trustworthiness, and positive fellowship.

This allows us to be an institution that would maintain the integrity, philosophy and values of the programs we teach, and continually assist the development of teachers to the highest standards in the profession.
