What do I make payment when i attend Ysynergy's events?
Ysynergy accepts cash, cheque or telegraphic transfers to our accounts. Please ensure that you retain a copy of the bank in slip if you are transferring the money into our bank account to present to our staff so that an official receipt will be issued to you on the first day of the event.

For cheque payments, please issue cheque to Y Synergy Sdn Bhd. Please keep the bank in slips for presentation at the events so that we can issue you an official receipt.

Full payment is due at time of registration.

Personal checks and money orders : Full payment must be received prior to processing your registration. There is a RM50 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds. What if I want to cancel my membership?

Membership Cancellation Policy
Although your membership agreement will detail the relevant procedures, we would like to clarify the termination procedure below:

You may terminate this Agreement by notifying ysynergy in writing. There will not be any refunds for early termination.

What happens when I want to cancel my membership fees or suspend it if I am expecting a baby or outstation for a long time?

If you are stationed overseas or expecting a baby, you can suspend your membership by writing to ysynergy for suspension of your membership stating the period required for suspension. Usually, the suspension should not be more than 12 months. Membership will resume when the requested period of suspension is over. Written approval from ysynergy is required for any suspension of membership.

Where are the ysynergy hubs?
Our centres are called Ysynergy Hubs. Our main hub is Ysynergy KL Hub and you can find the location by clicking the Ysynergy Hub dropdown menus in our website www.ysynergy.com. We have one other hub in Melaka and intend to start our Penang ysynergy hub, Johor Bahru and Singapore ysynergy hubs by 2009.

What must I do if I want to be a member?
That’s easily, Just fill in a membership application form and make your payment of the annual fees and you will officially be accepted and enrolled as a member.

Do you have a picture of ysynergy Hub?Are there activities and attractions nearby ysynergy Hub to explore during my free time?
ysynergy hub in KL lies in a serene residential belt and. The old Subang airport which is now a domestic airport is just 15 minutes away. For members who are coming to KL, they could fly to this domestic airport and reach our Hub in a very short period of time. Near ysynergy Hub, there are rows of shop houses where all types of local Malaysian food are readily available. In addition, some cafes are mushrooming around our Hub that offers a varied experience for all our participants and members. In between classes, you could rest at the roof sanctuary or take your meals at our roof garden if you do not want to eat at the local eating places or cafes. You can view our Hubs in our photo memories or look at YS Hubs.

What are the term and conditions of ysynergy’s membership?
Membership in ysynergy is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership fees are normally due on a calendar year basis unless otherwise specified on the Ysynergy’s receipt statement to the member.

What is the code of conduct that members must abide?
A Member shall not, without the prior written permission of ysynergy, be engaged in any outside business in any capacity of representation of ysynergy.

A Member shall not give any interview or broadcast, on matters of the ysynergy or use any copyright materials from ysynergy without having obtained the prior written consent of the ysynergy.

Members shall at all times conduct himself/herself in a responsible manner and shall not at any time behave in any manner that may bring the good name of Ysynergy to dispute.

A Member shall not bring the ysynergy and/or any of its properties, and/or its contractual partners (whether commercial or otherwise) into disrepute, or behave in a manner that is (directly or indirectly) prejudicial, defamatory or slanderous in nature.

A Member shall not solicit and receive favors, concessionary offers and gifts from customers, vendors or any other entity doing business with the ysynergy.

A Member shall not use confidential ysynergy information for personal benefit or to confer an advantage on himself/herself or any other persons.

Each member of ysynergy (“the Member”) must abide by the ysynergy Code of Conduct (“the Code of Conduct”) published at ysynergy website at all times.

Failure by the Member to abide by the Code of Conduct may, at the sole discretion of ysynergy, result in the immediate termination of his/her membership, in accordance with Clause 4.1.

What happens when members fail to pay the due fees?
The Member must pay the relevant membership fee (“the Fees”), as set out on the ysynergy Members Website (“the Website”) and/or in the Newsletter (as defined in Clause 8) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the Payment Period (“the Due Date”).

If the Member fails to pay the Fees before or on the Due Date, ysynergy may, at her sole discretion, prevent him/her from attending TPC until such time as the Fees have been duly paid.

If the Member fails to pay the Fees twenty one (21) days after the Due Date, ysynergy may, at her the sole discretion, terminate his/her membership in accordance with Clause 4.1.

In the event that the Member elects to terminate his/her membership, the Fees are not refundable.

Subject to the provision by the Member of a valid medical certificate, he/she may, with the consent of ysynergy, only defer the Fees in the event that he/she suffers ill health/injury. Under no other circumstances may the Fees be deferred and they shall not be refundable in any event.

Subject to reasons of pregnancy, relocation or severe injury or the like, Member can suspend their membership in writing giving at least 1 month’s notice and the prorated fees could be used upon resumption of their membership. Approval of such suspension is at the sole discretion of ysynergy.

Who do I terminate my membership?
ysynergy may, at her sole discretion, terminate the Member’s subscription immediately, without compensation and without prior written notice to the Member in the event that:

The Member fails to abide by the Code of Conduct, in accordance with Clause 2; or

The Member has not paid the Fees within twenty one (21) days of the Due Date, as set out in Clause 3.4.

The Member may terminate his/her membership subject to giving one month’s notice in writing to Ysynergy. If the Member fails to provide such notice, he/she will require paying for the following Payment Period of his due fees. The remaining fees will not be refunded or transferable.

In the event that the Member has booked a place on a seminar, workshop or teacher’s intensives and subsequently cancels or fails to attend, he/she may, at the sole discretion of Ysynergy, incur a Cancellation Fee.

What kind of changes that might happen with my membership?
The Member may be taught by a number of different instructors during his/her period of subscription with ysynergy, and the Member’s regular instructors may, at the sole discretion of ysynergy, be changed without notice to the Member.

The Member’s regular class time may be changed at the sole discretion of Ysynergy.

The number and availability of Member’s Classes may be changed at any time by ysynergy. Notice will be provided to the Member either by a posting on the ysynergy’s Website or via email.

The venue at which the Member regularly trains may, in the sole discretion of ysynergy, be changed at any time. Notice of such a change will be given to the Member either by a posting on the Website or via email.

When will be YSYNERGY centres be closed for festive season?
Ysynergy’s designated centres shall be closed for two (2) weeks during the Christmas period, and two (2) week during the traditional Chinese New year.

The Member will receive notice of the exact dates of the Ysynergy Hub Closure in advance through announcement at TPC, or by the posting of a notice on the Website, and/or a notice via email.

The Member is not entitled to attend a Replacement Class to make up for classes missed during the Hub Closure, unless otherwise specified.

How else can I get information on the Happenings at YSYNERGY?
An electronic newsletter may be sent to the Member via e-mail on a monthly basis, or will be posted on the Website. In addition to the electronic newsletter, electronic updates will also be sent to the Member via e-mail. Together the electronic newsletter and electronic updates are referred to herein as “the Newsletter”.  It is the Member’s responsibility to periodically visit ysynergy’s websites for updates and information.

What happens when there are changes to the terms and conditions?
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of ysynergy. Notice of such amendment will be provided on the Website and/or in the Newsletter. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is familiar with the current Terms and Conditions and whatever changes that may have effected from time to time.
