What do I make payment when i attend Ysynergy's events?
Ysynergy accepts cash, cheque or telegraphic transfers to our accounts. Please ensure that you retain a copy of the bank in slip if you are transferring the money into our bank account to present to our staff so that an official receipt will be issued to you on the first day of the event.

For cheque payments, please issue cheque to Y Synergy Sdn Bhd. Please keep the bank in slips for presentation at the events so that we can issue you an official receipt.

Full payment is due at time of registration.
Personal checks and money orders : Full payment must be received prior to processing your registration. There is a RM50 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.

Where are the Ysynergy Hubs?
Our centres are called Ysynergy Hubs. Our main hub is Ysynergy KL Hub and you can find the location by clicking the Ysynergy Hub dropdown menus in our website www.ysynergy.com. We have one other hub in Melaka, Penang, Johor Bahru and Ipoh.

What must I do if I want to be a member?
That’s easily, Just fill in a membership application form and make your payment of the annual fees and you will officially be accepted and enrolled as a member.

Ysynergy hub in KL lies in a serene residential belt and. The old Subang airport which is now a domestic airport is just 15 minutes away. For members who are coming to KL, they could fly to this domestic airport and reach our Hub in a very short period of time. Near ysynergy Hub, there are rows of shop houses where all types of local Malaysian food are readily available. In addition, some cafes are mushrooming around our Hub that offers a varied experience for all our participants and members. In between classes, you could rest at the roof sanctuary or take your meals at our roof garden if you do not want to eat at the local eating places or cafes. When will be YSYNERGY hubs be closed for festive season?
Ysynergy’s designated centres shall be closed for two (2) weeks during the Christmas period, and two (2) weeks during the traditional Chinese New year.

The Member will receive notice of the exact dates of the Ysynergy Hub Closure in advance through announcement at TPC, or by the posting of a notice on the Website, and/or a notice via email.

The Member is not entitled to attend a Replacement Class to make up for classes missed during the Hub Closure, unless otherwise specified.

How else can I get information on the Happenings at YSYNERGY?
An electronic newsletter may be sent to the Member and those on our mailing list via e-mail on a monthly basis, or will be posted on the Website. In addition to the electronic newsletter, electronic updates will also be sent to the Member via e-mail. Together the electronic newsletter and electronic updates are referred to herein as “the Newsletter”.

It is the Member’s responsibility to periodically visit ysynergy’s websites for updates and information. Am I allowed to use my cell phone when I’m at Ysynergy? Do you provide access to the Internet?
Members may choose to leave their cell phones at home or in their cars in order to support their experience of retreat. If you do bring your cell phone, please set them at silent mode so that it would not disrupt the peace and serenity.

There are no public computers; however, laptops can be used at pubic cafes where wireless Internet access is available. (Your computer must be equipped for wireless service.)

Are there any nearby hotels available? If so, what is the average cost per night?
There are some nearby hotels in Subang Jaya like the Holiday Villas Subang, Sheraton Subang and smaller inns. Elsewhere, not too far away, guests could stay at Armada Hotel, Hilton Hotel or Crystal Crown in Petaling Jaya. The room rates vary from hotel to hotel. Please liaise with our Customer Service or email your requests and we will try our best to help to arrange your accommodation.

The cost of commuting via taxi varies and you can get further information depending on where you embark your ride by talking to our customer service personnel. Parking your car at Ysynergy Hub KL is currently free of charge.

What if I am a vegetarian? Is there food for vegetarian?
There isn’t a pure vegetarian restaurant over here. But you can easily get the food stalls to cook your meal without meat and as pure vegetarian as possible.

Does Ysynergy offer scholarships or financial assistance schemes?
Partial scholarships are available (but not guaranteed) to people who demonstrate financial need, and typically cover 40 percent of total costs. Some programs have higher or lower scholarship amounts. We do have a financial assistance scheme for those who want to upgrade but are in financial need. Do talk to our Hub Director about it if you need such help.
